CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are dealing mostly with fresh produce, there can be NO CANCELLATIONS of confirmed orders on the day of delivery itself.

WAITING PERIOD & RE-DELIVERY

Our riders have multiple deliveries. As such, we request you claim your delivery as quickly as possible. After waiting a maximum 15 minutes upon arrival at delivery location, our rider has the discretion on whether to continue waiting, to leave the order onsite, or to take the produce back with him. If requested to do a return trip, the standard flat fee of P129.00 shall apply.

REFUNDS

Refunds will surely processed within 3 days if we are unable to deliver the exact items on your orders.

If you find quality of the produce you receive unacceptable, we can also process a refund. Kindly send us a message stating your order # and reason for refund request (photos will greatly help).
